Termination of Tenancy: Persistent Late payment of Rent

In the following matter , the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board terminated the tenant's tenancy and granted an eviction order, based on the ground of persistent late payment of rent. An appeal by the Tenant to the Ontario Divisional Court was dismissed.
