Residential Tenancy terminated: Repairs/Renovations

In the following Landlord and Tenant Board decision, the Board was satisfied that the Landlord in good faith intended to do the repairs/ renovations of the rental unit and had obtained the necessary permits for the work. The tenancy between the Landlord and tenants was terminated.
