Lawsuit: Credit Card Debt

In the following case, the court after a careful review of the credit card agreement provisions, found that a spouse was not liable to the Royal Bank of Canada for amounts outstanding on a credit card noting the spouse was not a co-borrower on the Credit Card account but rather an Authorized user of her husband's Credit Card account.
