Eviction upheld. No right to live rent-free.

In the following appeal case, the Divisional Court upheld the Landlord and Tenant Board's decision evicting the residential tenant, from his rental unit, for non-payment of rent. The Divisional Court noted the tenant had no right to live in the landlord's premises rent-free.
