A business entered into a contract with a small marketing agency to provide marketing and social media services to the business. The court found the contract required 30 days notice to terminate. The business did not provide the required 30 days notice and the Court awarded damages in favour of the Marketing Agency. The lower court decision was upheld on appeal.
